At Barringtons, you will be regularly working with and learning from Directors and Managers .  As well as giving you the opportunity to learn from the best in the State, it gives you the chance to discuss ideas and “put your best foot forward” with the leaders of the firm.

Dynamic Team Structure

Barringtons is structured with dynamic teams, typically made up with a Director, a Manager, and a group of accountants.  Everyone in the team works together and you will have opportunities to work directly with the Director and Manager.

Diverse and Interesting Work

Work is often assigned between teams, so you will have many opportunities to experience a broad variety of work.

As well as our specialised accounting services, Barringtons offers management and advice services during the day to day operations of client projects.  If you want exposure to a wider range of skills, then this is an exciting area to be involved in.

Regular Performance Reviews

We appreciate that many graduates are eager to prove themselves and demonstrate their capabilities.  The performance and salary of all staff is formally reviewed every 6 months to keep in line with the market.
