Rick Hopkins
Rick Hopkins has been providing tax business services and corporate advice since 1985. Rick became a partner with Barringtons in 1997. Rick provides advice to a diverse client base ranging from individuals and small business to corporate groups. In his spare time Rick enjoys playing hockey and golf.

Bryn Scott
Bryn Scott is a Chartered Accountant who has been providing tax and business services to the business community since 1984. He has a wide range of experience in Australia and overseas acting in senior roles for large listed companies. Bryn provides tax, accounting and superannuation advice to a wide range of clients. He has particular expertise in the property and construction industry. Bryn has two young children and is heavily involved in his local community.

Justin Manolikos
Justin Manolikos is a Chartered Accountant who has been providing taxation and business services to the business community since 1994. Justin became a partner with Barringtons on 1 July 2007. Justin provides taxation, accounting and superannuation advice to a diverse client base. He is also a Director and Secretary of various large private companies operating in a wide range of industries. Justin has a young son, Jack and is involved in various charitable organisations, including being a trustee of WA Charity Direct. In his spare time he still plays Australian Rules Football and is a keen fisherman and diver – occasionally appearing in the West Australian with extra large fish!

Charles Napoli
Charles Napoli is a Chartered Accountant who has been providing taxation and business services to the business community since 1981. Since 1990 he has been requested on many occasions to provide expert reports in relation to businesses in property settlements and maintenance proceedings in the Family Court of Western Australia, and has provided expert evidence on a number of occasions. Apart from work in the Family Court, he has carried out other projects of a forensic accounting nature in the course of the operation of his practice.

Roger Sullivan
In broad terms, Roger has concentrated on advisory services to clients and negotiations with the Australian Tax Office on tax matters.
In addition, he was involved in larger scale statutory audit activities directed towards determining clients’ tax liabilities to enable the appropriate provisions to be made in the annual accounts.
Since the start of the Tax Reform process in August 1998, he has been actively involved in the Australian Taxation Office consultation process through the Institute of Chartered Accountants. A substantial part of consulting to clients and other practitioners has been on these new areas of the tax law.

Ross Prosper
Ross joined Barringtons in 1999 as a graduate out of university and is a leading example of the firm’s policy to provide a career path for its employees. He has 10 years’ experience providing a wide range of specialist services to a wide range of clients, from individuals through to public companies, including various sized business clients, retirees and investment groups.

Natasha Koekemoer
Natasha has been providing tax, business services and corporate advice since 1998. Natasha joined Barringtons as a Senior Manager in March 2009, after 2 years as the Business Manager of a smaller Tax Accountancy practice.
Always thorough and hardworking, her service to her clients is first-class and is regularly acknowledged. Natasha continues to maintain a high level of professionalism and friendly service. She is genuinely interested in assisting her clients to succeed and grow whilst getting them the best possible outcome. In her spare time, Natasha enjoys renovating properties and entertaining friends and family.

Emma Carlile
Emma joined Barringtons in 2006 after working for a medium sized practice for five years after graduating from university. She has been providing taxation and business services to the business community since 2001.
Emma is a well respected and established participant in equestrian sports in WA, in particular showjumping. She competes at state and national level with a team of horses.
